__ An investment is required at the time your appointment is scheduled. Your stylist will quote the non-refundable investment price during the consultation.

__Any cancellation or changes to your appointment must be made 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, otherwise your investment will be forfeited. If you do not cancel or reschedule within the 72-hour window you must then schedule a new appointment and make another investment. 

__ If you change the color or texture of your natural hair between the consultation and the application appointment you agree to notify Studio 4^th Avenue prior to the application appointment to schedule a new consultation. A new investment may be required.

__ Studio 4^th Avenue requires cash or credit card payment. Studio 4^th Avenue will protect all your privacy rights as a consumer and will keep all your information strictly confidential.

__We encourage keeping the Home Maintenance sheet/magnet to ensure satisfactory results. Studio 4^thAvenue will recommend the proper products and care routine to be used on the extensions. We are not responsible for any damage caused to the extensions due to improper care, allergic reactions to the beads, or any reason that may cause the client not to be able to wear the extensions.

__There will be NO REFUNDS issued for any reason on the extensions. Loose hair cannot be distributed to a client that does not have a current cosmetology license.
