CONSULTATIONS 

It is our priority to conduct thorough consultations for our Extension services provided through the salon.This allows for us to see your current hair condition, hair history, look over pictures and inspiration for what your desired look is, potential price range for service and possible processing time.

If you would like to book/secure a extension appointment after consultation with one of our extension specialists.  A credit card is required to reserve your appointment. If you do not have a credit card a non-refundable cash deposit is required.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We value the client experience and have set in place guide lines to ensure a professional and happy environment. Your appointments are very important to our Studio 4th Avenue stylists. They are reserved especially for you.  We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

– Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. 

– “NO SHOWS” will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount.

Please understand that this fee ensures our stylists can make up for lost time, as booking someone last minute can be difficult.

ALL NO SHOWS AND LATE CANCELLATION FEES MUST BE PAID BEFORE RESERVING A NEW APPOINTMENT.
